Tuff Terrain’s insect screen kit sits over the Triton ML GLX grille and catches bugs before they choke the radiator, which keeps the cooling system working the way it should. The shaped mesh panels match the front opening of the ute, meaning you still get strong airflow while the fins stay clear on long highway runs or dusty station tracks.
The 1 mm steel mesh runs across the full intake and cops the bugs and gravel first, as the zinc plate layer takes the rust before your grille does. The powder coated finish shrugs off the odd stone flick, meaning the screens look tidy even after plenty of kilometres. The supplied hooks and bolts lock into the grille without drilling, which lets you pull the screens off for a scrub whenever the mesh packs up with insects.
