Tuff Terrain’s radiator insect screen sits in front of the grille on a Landcruiser 200, acting as the first line against bugs and grass seeds. The mesh blocks debris before it hits the radiator fins, keeping coolant temps steadier when you tow or sit on long highway stretches. The screen also shields the grille and radiator from stray stones on dirt roads, which helps your front end hold up trip after trip.
The screen uses 1 mm steel mesh that goes through zinc plating and a powder coat, giving you a tough barrier that stands up to water and road grime. The fine mesh still lets plenty of air reach the radiator, so the engine can work hard without choking airflow. Bolt and hook fittings grab the back of the grille, no drilling needed. When it clogs up, just unbolt the panel and rinse it clean.
