At Tuff Terrain, we are committed to getting your gear to you safely and efficiently.

Tuff Terrain is a brand operated by Outback Equipment. Orders placed through the Tuff Terrain online store are processed, packed, and shipped by the Outback Equipment team through our existing warehouse and logistics network.

Your order may arrive in Outback Equipment packaging or include Outback Equipment branding as part of our fulfilment process.


Dispatch Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and you receive your tracking notification.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and parcel size.

Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping

  • QLD, NSW & VIC: approximately 1–6 business days after dispatch
  • SA: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • WA, NT & TAS: approximately 3–9 business days after dispatch

Please note that express shipping applies once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Selecting express shipping does not guarantee immediate dispatch or bypass product handling timeframes.
