Tuff Terrain fuse block bundle brings a 4 way positive block and a 6 circuit ST blade block into one neat setup, meaning you can tidy loose in-line fuses across your rig. The 4 way unit handles up to 32V and 100A total, which suits smaller banks of lights, pumps, or comms. The 6 circuit unit handles up to 48V and 100A total, giving plenty of headroom for touring gear and 24-hour circuits.

Tin-plated copper buses inside each block fight corrosion, which keeps voltage drop down across long runs in utes, 4WDs, and boats. Tin-plated fuse clips keep ATO®/ATC® blades tight over corrugations, preventing hot joints. Clear covers guard connections from dirt and dropped tools, as the orange push latch on the 6-way cover makes checks simple at camp. Circuit labels sit above every fuse, making future add-ons a smart, simple job.

Q: Can this fuse block bundle run on both 12V and 24V systems?

A: Yes. The 4 way block is rated to 32V DC and the 6 circuit block to 48V DC, which suits common 12V and 24V setups. The key limit is the voltage and current rating of the blocks and the fuses you select. Always size fuses to the cable and load. If in doubt, speak with an auto electrician.

Q: Are any ATO/ATC blade fuses included in the bundle?

A: No. The bundle supplies the fuse blocks, covers, and circuit labels only. You choose fuse values to match each circuit. This gives you control over protection for different loads such as lighting, pumps, or fridges. It also keeps spares consistent with the rest of your rig.

Q: Can the 6 circuit fuse block be used for constant 24-hour feeds?

A: Yes. The 6 circuit ST blade block supports 24-hour circuits as specified by the manufacturer. You can feed it directly from the battery through an appropriate master fuse. This suits fridges, trackers, alarms, and monitors that must stay powered. Make sure cabling and upstream protection match your maximum expected load.

Q: What type of terminals does this bundle accept?

A: Both blocks accept ring or snap fork type crimp terminals. This connection style gives a solid mechanical joint on the M4 studs. It also suits common auto and marine crimp tools. For best results, match terminal size to cable gauge and use heat-shrink where needed.

Q: Is this fuse block bundle suitable for marine or under-bonnet use?

A: The tin-plated copper buses and clips resist corrosion, which supports use in marine and under-bonnet environments. The clear covers add a further barrier to moisture and grime. However, placement should still avoid direct water jets or exhaust heat. For harsh saltwater environments, additional shielding or enclosures may be helpful.
