Tuff Terrain’s MRBF terminal fuse block and six circuit ST blade fuse block bundle sorts out both the main feed and the smaller branch lines in one tidy setup. The MRBF block goes straight on the battery stud, meaning the high current feed to winches, inverters or DC mains stays short and controlled. The ST blade block then handles lights, pumps and accessories from a single hub with clear labelling.

Tin plated copper buses move current efficiently across both blocks, which keeps resistance low even when the weather turns wet or salty. The clear cover and push latch on the ST block make checks simple outback to the backyard. The insulating cap on the MRBF stud shields against dropped tools or loose gear around the battery. It is smart buy gear for anyone who wants organised 12V distribution that is made to last.

Q: Are the MRBF and blade fuses included in this bundle?

A: No, all fuses are sold separately.

This bundle supplies the terminal and blade fuse blocks only, which lets you choose ratings to match each circuit. You can fit MRBF fuses from 30–300A on the terminal block. You can then select ATO or ATC blade fuses up to 30A per circuit for the ST block.

Q: Can I use this fuse block bundle on both 12V and 24V systems?

A: Yes, the specifications support up to 48V DC.

The voltage rating covers common 12V and 24V setups in vehicles and boats. Both blocks share the same maximum voltage rating which keeps selection simple. You just need to ensure chosen fuses and cables suit the system voltage and current.

Q: What type of terminals do the fuse blocks accept?

A: The blocks accept standard ring and snap fork type terminals.

The MRBF terminal block accepts 5/16" ring terminals on its stud, which suits many battery cables. The ST blade fuse block accepts both ring and snap fork terminals on its buses. This flexibility helps integrate the bundle into existing wiring looms.

Q: Where is this bundle most commonly installed?

A: The MRBF block normally mounts at the battery, and the ST block mounts nearby on a flat surface.

The terminal block uses the M8 battery stud as its base which keeps the main fuse close to the energy source. The ST block’s mounting footprint of 124 x 84mm fits inner guards, bulkheads or electrical panels. Keeping cable runs short helps control voltage drop and heat.

Q: What is the total current capacity of the ST blade fuse block?

A: The ST blade fuse block carries up to 100A total with 30A per circuit.

The positive distribution bus feeds the combined load of all six circuits. Each branch circuit should not exceed 30A, which aligns with standard ATO and ATC blade fuse limits. You should size cables and fuses together according to each device rating.
